FREE Lego Software - Build Legos on your Computer!

Go to this link here and check out the Design by Me FREE software from Lego.com.  It allows you to build Lego designs on your computer.  You can then choose to publish it online and share your design with others, or if you want to go even further, you can pay to have your design boxed, complete with instructions and sent to you.  You can also save your designs online under your user name so that you can see all the creations you have built.
